I am so thrilled to be starting at Adventure Boot Camp which is a four-week outdoor program for women that offers fitness instruction, nutritional counselling and motivational training packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help reach your fitness goals.
I am attending the classes 3 times a week at Kyalami - Beaulieu College from 18:00 to 19:00 Monday, Wednesday and Friday Evenings with Chirene Wiid.
I have already been given my eating plan which I started this week Monday 8th March 2010 and it’s been going great so far as every day is different so there is such variety which helps so much as well.
I cannot wait to get into the full swing of Adventure Boot Camp which I will be sharing with you as the weeks go by so keep checking 93.8 fm’s website for updates.
